COMPANY
QSC Manpower Services (QSC) started
its operation on April 16, 2000. Registered as provider
of various management services. It is a duly licensed
recruitment and placement agency by the Department of
Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Labor
and Employment (DoLE), at the same time a registered
services subcontractor under DoLE Department Order Number
18-02.
QSC, managed by a group of dedicated,
honest, efficient personnel, ensures clients of effective
service delivery. It has a full time and competent Human
Resources staff to ensure clients of rigid screening
of all applicants through psychological testing, targeted
selection interviews, and background checking. QSC ensures
that all deployed workers undergo orientation procedures
and training such as Quality Customer Service, Positive
Work Attitude Seminar and other general and technical
programs depending on the requirements of the position
or upon request of the client.
QSC stands by the conviction that
providing QUALITY SERVICE and People is a COMMITMENT.
The basic principles of HONESTY, DISCIPLINE, EFFICIENCY,
and PROFESSIONALISM are imbibed in the minds of the
QSC employees as guidelines for their individual and
collective performance.
QSC is now a member of the Personnel
Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), an
association of credible companies. QSC also boosts of
its support to a charitable institution, the Asilo San
Vicente de Paul and will eventually have the QSC Foundation.
